Making strength training….
I discovered kettlebell training in 2013, and it transformed not only my body but my entire career. Now, I help clients build strong bodies with kettlebells and more. With numerous advanced kettlebell certifications, I've guided countless clients in developing lasting strength and habits for the past decade.
I'm especially passionate about educating women on the benefits of strength training. Through coaching and creative, time-efficient programming, I help women overcome the fear of lifting heavy weights, build lean physiques, and stay injury-free. My goal is for every woman I work with to move weights for life and cultivate a strong, sexy body with a resilient spirit.
I graduated with honors from Portland State University with a BA in Communications/Business Administration and earned a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training certification in 2014. I have also held certifications for StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1+2 and Bodyweight Instructor and RKC Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor. My work has been featured in multiple fitness publications, including Self, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar, Runner’s World, Shape, and Women's Health.
