Bells Up Studio Membership:
On Demand Training
Say “Goodbye” to the guesswork so you can focus on what matters.
A Bells Up Studio Membership gives you on-demand access to a full library of strength and conditioning classes and traditional programs.
Our strength classes are programmed in a progressive format, meaning each class builds upon the previous one. This structured approach not only removes all the guesswork from your fitness routine but also ensures that you continue to get stronger through consistent repetition and gradual advancement. You’ll be able to track your progress, stay motivated, and see tangible results over time.

Conditioning classes are perfect in between strength program days, or on their own. All conditioning classes are structured by intensity, level and time, making efficient training possible in 10, 20 or 30 minutes. With a video library that grows monthly, you’ll always have a fresh sweat ahead of you.
Conditioning classes are the only classes on Bells Up Studio that do not follow an intended order, making them ideal for a quick sweat, travel times, or simply or a slow burn. These classes are versatile enough to do any time, any place, with limited equipment.
Our membership includes:

Walk into any gym or group class with the confidence to own your movement. We teach you everything an absolute beginner (or beginner again) needs to know to move their own bodyweight, breathe properly and lift weight safely, including how to breathe and brace the core. Instruction and practice for common push, pull, hinge, and squat positions covered in the beginner program will translate into any gym environment.
Start with the Bells Up Studio beginner onboarding program for workshop-style classes, followed by the Beginner Program: Don’t Sweat the Technique.

The current class series on Bells Up Studio is released in real-time every other Monday. We release classes bi-weekly to keep things fresh, which means you always have an opportunity to join a freshly filmed program.
These classes are appropriate for intermediate and advanced levels and follow a specific cadence, requiring repetition of each class twice (directions are given in the program description). Most current programs last 10-12 weeks on a x3-4 day-per-week session cadence and cover total body strength.
You can join the current series at any time and follow new programs as they are released.

About Our Classes
All intermediate/advanced strength classes are delivered either by full video or reps+sets+interval format with short form technique videos attached, with complete instructions for completion, equipment recommendations and intended intensity.
Programs are grouped by levels and last an average of 40 minutes. Most classes within a program follow a 3-4 days-per-week cadence, leaving room for Bells Up Studio conditioning classes and/or activities of your choice outside of strength training.
You can start with any program, including our current video-led program series if you have experience with kettlebells. No matter where you start, we recommend following our intended order from that point on (although you can do any program at any time, we highly encourage following the intended order).
All strength classes include a final optional “test” to provide a progress measure from program to program.
