Team Bells Up Gym blends the education and accountability of personal training with the team feel of group classes.

This is a strength+hypertrophy+conditioning group program (we all do the same training plan) that progresses over the course of a 12-week cycle. We use a variety of gym equipment, including optional barbells.

Modifications are given for all movements to make them kettlebell or bodyweight only, so if barbell work is not for you or you don’t have access to a gym, you can still join this program.

Our next training cycle will begin January 2025.

The group is capped at 50 people and all previous cycle members are guaranteed entry into upcoming cycles. We keep it small to facilitate an intimate group vibe while creating a space to ask questions and interact. When a new cycle begins, registration is CLOSED and new members are not accepted until the cycle finishes. The Fall 2024 block is focused on total body strength, hypertrophy and cardiovascular work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Bells Up Gym is $225 for the entire cycle ($75 per month).

  • Access to kettlebells, ab roller, and optional barbell; gym access is a win

  • Previous experience with kettlebells required (if you’re an absolute beginner, complete the Bells Up Studio Beginner Program before joining). Barbell and lifting experience required (not a beginner-level program)

  • If you don’t have access to a barbell, modifications will be given using kettlebells or other gym equipment as a substitute.
